Shipping and returns

We primarily serve the United States and ship from China. Wooden plates are expected to ship within 7 days, with delivery estimated at approximately 15 days after dispatch. Please contact us for furniture and tray delivery estimates.

Return requests can be made within 14 days of delivery. For non-quality-related returns, customers bear outbound and return shipping costs. HEMUJI covers return or exchange shipping for confirmed quality issues. Contact us for return instructions before sending an item back.
